Overview: Since 1988, a wave of reports of missing persons and unsolved murders from New York to Pennsylvania, the alarm began to officials responsible for enforcing the law. Many of the strange disappearances and dead victims held similarities. Soon the authorities realized that this was a serial murderer. The hunt to identify and capture the murderer was with worrying levels WIRE facts and events, ending finally in the house where the tapes were found.
