Overview: Hector (Karr Elejalde) is relaxing in a lawn chair outside his new home country, surveying close to the hillside through a pair of binoculars, where catches sight of what appears to be a naked woman in amid the trees. Walking to investigate, which is attacked by a sinister figure whose head is wrapped in a grotesque, pink bandage. Fleeing in terror, which takes refuge in a laboratory from the top of the hill, where a lone attendant (director Nacho Vigalondo) ushers him into a peculiar scientific contraption. What emerges what appears to be moments later, only to find that hours have traveled back in time, the launch of a brain-twisting, awful chain of events when inadvertently runs itself.
